Appointment Records

True Precision AI®

Overview

Appointment Records provides a visibility interface displaying scheduling opportunities generated by the True Precision AI platform.

Each record represents a patient who has completed booking and intake within the system.

Appointment Records is an optional administrative interface and does not replace clinic scheduling or medical record systems.

Accessing Appointment Records

  1. Navigate to: https://app.trueprecision.ai
  2. Log in using your authorized account credentials.
  3. From the main navigation menu, select: Appointment Records

The Appointment Records list displays appointments generated for your clinic.

Understanding Appointment Records

Appointment Records reflect bookings created through the True Precision AI system.

Records contain appointment information collected during patient scheduling and intake.

Clinical scheduling confirmation and medical record management occur within clinic-operated systems.

Viewing an Appointment Record

  1. Locate a patient within the Appointment Records list.
  2. Click the patient's name.

The Appointment Record detail view displays available appointment information and tracking fields.

Updating Appointment Status

Within the Appointment Record detail view:

  1. Locate the Status field.
  2. Select a status value from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter your identifier if applicable.
  4. Click Save.

Updates are recorded immediately.

System Behavior After Status Updates

When a status is updated:

  • The update is saved in real time.
  • The system records the user making the update.
  • The system records the timestamp of the update.
  • Updated information becomes visible to authorized users.

Updating status fields does not modify external scheduling systems or EMR records.

Optional Notes Field

Appointment Records may include an optional notes field.

Notes entered are visible to authorized users within the portal.

Access Permissions

Only users with authorized login credentials may view or update Appointment Records.

User access is managed at the clinic account level.

Optional Use

Appointment Records visibility and status updates are optional.

Appointment data delivery and email notification occur independently of portal interaction.

Appointment Records provides:

  • Record activity history
  • Administrative reference information

What Appointment Records Is Not

Appointment Records does not:

  • Replace EMR systems
  • Replace CRM platforms
  • Confirm appointments
  • Manage patient communications
  • Store clinical documentation
  • Perform insurance verification
  • Control provider scheduling systems
