Client Guide · Step-by-step
Use this guide to add your payment method, set up your Wallet, and then view invoices, charges, and itemized usage.
1) Sign in
- Open your clinic’s True Precision AI app: https://app.trueprecision.ai/.
- Sign in with your email and password.
- Choose your Sub-Account (clinic workspace) if prompted.
2) Add or update payment method
- In the left sidebar, click ⚙️ Settings (bottom-left).
- Click Billing.
- Select the Payments tab.
- Under Payment Methods, click Add Payment Method.
- Enter your credit or debit card or ACH details.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) Set one method as Default so charges process reliably.
3) Set up and manage Wallet balance
What the Wallet is: The Wallet is a prepaid balance that covers usage-based charges inside True Precision AI. These include SMS messages, phone calls, AI usage, and other metered items. Instead of billing each small charge individually, the system deducts from your Wallet. Keeping funds in your Wallet helps ensure communications (texts, calls, emails) are not interrupted due to low balance.
In Settings → Billing, select the Wallet & Transactions tab.
What you’ll see
- Current Wallet Balance
- Auto-Recharge
- Low-Balance Threshold
- Usage Ledger (summary and detailed transactions)
To enable Auto-Recharge
- Toggle Auto-Recharge to On.
- Set Auto recharge with Amount (for example, $1,000).
- Set when balance is lower than (for example, $500).
When your balance dips below the threshold, the system automatically adds funds using your saved payment method and returns your Wallet toward the amount you set in the auto-recharge field.
To add funds immediately
- Click Add Balance.
- Choose an amount (for example, $50, $100, or custom).
- Confirm the payment.
Confirm: Your Wallet Balance updates, and Auto-Recharge settings display correctly.
4) View invoices and charges
Go to Settings → Billing → Payments.
You’ll see:
- Invoices: downloadable PDFs
- Transactions / Charges: card or ACH charges, subscriptions, refunds
Use the date filter to narrow results. Click any invoice to download.
5) View itemized usage ledger
Go to Settings → Billing → Wallet.
Scroll down to view summary and detailed transactions. You’ll see line-by-line items with date, type (SMS, call, AI), quantity, rate, and total.
Use filters to select a date range. Export as CSV if available.
6) Update billing contact
Go to Settings → Billing → Payments. Add or update your billing information.
7) Troubleshooting
- No Billing, Payments, or Wallet tab? Ask your account owner to update your permissions.
- Card declined? Try a different method or confirm with your bank.
